I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone with early morning or late-night railway tickets. The location is incredibly convenient, as it’s right next to both Kraków Główny railway station and Kraków Autobusowe bus station. You’ll also find a fantastic shopping mall just steps away, along with Biedronka, Żabka, and cozy cafes. For my lovely Ukrainians, it’s worth noting that a Nova Poshta post office is just about 50m from the hotel :) The area is also well-connected, with numerous buses and trams nearby, making it easy to explore the city. A perfect choice for comfort and convenience!

Simple with beds a small table and a shower. But it has all you need + the location is fantastic, like 10-20 minutes walk to everything and the train station if you need to travel to further locations Is behind the hotel like 5 mins

Very good value for money. Close to the Old Town. The train and bus station is very close by, underneath a huge shopping mall. My room was clean, modern and functional. The bed was comfy. All good. The buffet breakfast was really great. Plenty of food and drinks and the choices changed a bit each morning. Staff were polite and helpful (except for one young girl serving at the buffet breakfast).

A perfect budget stay in a clean, comfy and functional room. It is literally a 5-10 minute walk from Krakow Glozny station so perfect for the weary traveller. It is also a 15-20 minute walk into the old town so it is spot on for a city stay in Krakow. I also liked the fact that they had a filtered water fountain in reception to re-fill your water bottles. Easy check in and out as well. What is not to love here for the rate you pay. I would highly recommend Ibis Budget, Krakow.

Perfectly soundproof windows - while located literally next to train station I was not disturbed by announcements or trains passing by. Perfect location - right next to main train station(and since there is a direct speed train to the airport it means a great location for overstay or in case you heave early flight). Around the hotel there are a lot of cafes, and Old Town is literally 10 minutes of walk. Quite good climate control.

Great location, only a 5/10 minute walk away from the shopping centre Galeria Krakowska. Outside of the shopping centre is the Kiss & Ride bus stop which is where the tours we booked picked us up from. The room was a good size, everything was very clean. It was ideal for a place to sleep and freshen up while you explore all day. The reception staff were helpful in arranging our airport taxis and answered my messages via booking.com quickly. For a budget hotel it was very good.

It was the perfect place for a 1 night stay. It's basic but has everything you need. It is very close to Krakow central station (5 minute walk) and about a 10/15 minute walk from the Old Town centre. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay here. If you need a place to eat nearby, we highly recommend Krowa na Szlaku which is just round the corner. Delicious food and they have great veggie options.

Though it is a single * hotel, it was so nice and clean. In particular, the separate wash basin, shower, and toilet within this small room was very much better. I know that the IBIS chain hotels are very much better irrespective of the *s they have compared with the other hotels.

The room was nice, modern but really tiny, suittable only for overnight stay. There was no common bathroom, the shower and wash-basin was directly next to the bed (never seen before). WC was separated as usual. Comfy high bed. French blanket (one blanket for two people). Cozy lights - stripe around the wall. Good location - the train station is next to, the old town centre is few minutes away (on foot).

Had a great water machine which served ice cold water to refill your water bottles was very refreshing. Close to the train station so we didn’t have to use our tired little legs. Good walking distance from old town
